Maida - 500 g
Oil - 1 kg
Potatoes - 1 kg
Green chillies - 30 g (chopped)
Coriander leaves
Salt - 50 g
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchur - 1/2 tsp


  • Boil potatoes, peel them, crush them and saute them with a little oil. 
  • Add chopped green chillies, salt to taste, red chilli powder, amchur and coriander leaves. Keep aside.
  • Knead maida very well along with 100 g oil and 200 g water with a little salt. Make 30 balls out of it, roll them into puries. Cut into half, fold each and press it at the bottom. Fill potatoes and close each samosa, press it, fry them on low flame. 
  • Serve with green chutney and sounth.
