CARROT CHUTNEY WITH CURD (CARROT PERUGU PACHADI)

Ingredients:
Carrot - 250 gms
Green chillies - 5-6
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - pinch
Curd - 250 ml

For Talimpu:
Ghee - 1 tsp
Red chilli- 1 (broken)
Cumin & mustard  - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves -  few

Method:

  • Whip the curd with salt and turmeric.
  • Peel and grate carrot; finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Mix grated carrot, green chilies and coriander leaves in curd.
  • Heat the ghee in pan, add all talimpu ingredients and allow them to crackle.
  • Pour this over chutney.
  • Mix well and serve.
క్యారెట్ పెరుగు పచ్చడి 

కావలిసిన వస్తువులు:
క్యారెట్ - 250 గ్రా 
పచ్చిమిర్చి - 6
ఉప్పు 
పసుపు - చిటికెడు 
కొత్తిమీర - 1 tbsp 
పెరుగు - 250 ml 
తాలింపు:
నెయ్యి - 1 tsp 
ఎండు మిర్చి - 1
ఆవాలు, జీలకర్ర - 1/4 tsp 
కరివేపాకు - కొద్దిగా 

తయారీ:
  • పెరుగులో ఉప్పు, పసుపు వేసి కలిపి పెట్టుకోవాలి. 
  • క్యారెట్ చెక్కు తీసి తురుముకోవాలి. పచ్చిమిర్చి, కొత్తిమీర సన్నగా కోసుకోవాలి. 
  • ఇవి పెరుగులో కలిపి పక్కన పెట్టుకోవాలి. 
  • బాణలి లో నెయ్యి వేడి చేసి తాలింపు దినుసులు వేసి వేగిన తరువాత పెరుగులోకి గుమ్మరించుకోవాలి. 
  • కలిపి వడ్డించుకోవాలి
