Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Large onions - 2 (finely chopped)
Yoghurt - 150 gms
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil- 4 tbsp
Method:
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger paste - 1 tsp

Oil- 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the chicken pieces and fry on a medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In the same oil, add the onions, ginger, garlic paste and turmeric.
- Fry on a medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the fried chicken pieces and all the remaining ingredients.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes on a low heat.
- Serve hot.
