Ingredients:
Milk - 600 ml
Ground raw almonds - 4 tsp
Honey - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Avocado -1 (chopped)
Nutmeg to garnish
Method:
Milk - 600 ml
Ground raw almonds - 4 tsp
Honey - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Avocado -1 (chopped)

Method:
- Blend the milk, ground almonds, honey and vanilla for a couple of minutes in a blender.
- With blender still in motion, drop chopped avocado through hole in lid and blend until smooth.
- The whip should be thick, but of pouring consistency (adjust with more milk).
- Sprinkle with nutmeg to serve.
