SPINACH RAITA

Ingredients:
spinach  leaves - 100 gms (finely chopped)
Greek yoghurt or fresh curd  - 450 gms
Green chillies - 2-3 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste

Method:

  • Blanch spinach leaves in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  • Whip the curd and mix with other ingredients.
  • Serve chilled.
