Ingredients:
Poha - 1 kg
Powdered sugar - 750 gms
Cashew nuts - 100 gms
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee
Method:
Poha - 1 kg

Cashew nuts - 100 gms
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Dry roast the poha until aroma comes through. Cool and grind to make fine powder.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of ghee and fry chopped cashew nuts.
- Now mix poha powder, sugar powder, chopped cashew and cardamom in big bowl.
- Make well and pour enough of hot ghee.
- Mix and roll it into laddus while still hot.
