DAMSON JAM

Ingredients:
Damsons - 1/2 kg
Sugar - 1/2 kg
Water - 4 tbsp

Method:
  • Put the fruit and water into a pan. Simmer until soft.
  • Add sugar, stir until dissolved, then boil rapidly until set.
  • Ladle into warmed jars and cover.
