Ingredients:
Ripe Avocados - 2
Onion - 1 tbsp (grated)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/3 cup
Method:
Ripe Avocados - 2
Onion - 1 tbsp (grated)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/3 cup
Method:
- Halve avocados and remove seeds; peel.
- Mash with a fork. Add onion, lemon juice, salt, and chilli powder.
- Spread mayonnaise over mixture sealing to edges of bowl; chilli.
- At serving time, blend in mayonnaise.
