Refined flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Rub in the ghee then add enough water to make a soft dough.
- Roll out and cut into 2 1/2"rounds.
- Prick all over and bake for about 12 minutes at 375 F.
