Ingredients:
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Light cream - 2 tbsp
Shallot - 1 (finely chopped)
Parsley - 1 tsp
Tarragon - 1 tsp (chopped)
Dry mustard - 1 tsp
Pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper
Dash of paprika
lemon juice to taste
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until well incorporated.
- Season to taste and serve sauce with fried fish.
