JAM OMELETTE

Ingredients:
Eggs -4
Sugar  - 25 gms
Single cream - 1 dessertspoon
Jam - 2 tbsp
Butter - 25 gms
Chopped nuts
Icing sugar
Vanilla essence

Method:

  • Beat the eggs well. Blend in cream, sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence.
  • Melt the butter in a pan. Pour the batter and when set, spread with jam and fold in three.
  • Turn on to serving plate.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and chopped nuts.
