Ingredients:
Potatoes - 400 gms(boiled, peeled and mashed)
Bread crumbs - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
For Filling:
Mutton kheema - 150 gms
Salt to taste
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
Filling preparation:

Method:
Filling preparation:
- Heat the oil in kadai; add kheema and salt and stir fry for few minutes.
- Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Add one cup of water and close the lid.
- Cook in low flame till the kheema is tender and the water is completely evaporated.
For Making Chops:
- Mix the mashed potatoes with salt and chilli powder.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 portions.
- Flatten one portion with greased palms and keep the kheema mixture in the centre and reshape into a round chop.
- Do the same with remaining and roll them in bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil and deep fry until golden brown,
- Remove and transfer to kitchen towel.
