Ingredients:
Ragi flour - 1 cup
Curd - 2 tbsp
Ginger, chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Oil- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Method:
Ragi flour - 1 cup

Method:
- Blend the curd with 1 1/2 cups of water. Add ginger chilli paste, salt, cumin seeds, asafoetida and mix well.
- Now heat the mixture in medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Stir continuously.
- Slowly add ragi flour and mix it without lumps.
- Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Add oil, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot.
