Ingredients:
Sonti - 50 gms
Red chillies - 6- 7
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Crystal salt as per taste
Garlic cloves - 4- 5
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
Sonti - 50 gms
Red chillies - 6- 7

Method:
- Chop sonti into pieces and fry in ghee until it raises and remove from kadai
- Fry mirchi, coriander seeds, cumin seeds
- Lastly fry salt
- Grind sonti first then add other ingredients to make fine powder
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee
