Ingredients:
Green leafy vegetables (Spinach, Amaranth, fengreek leaves, sorrel leaves, coriander, mint etc.,)- 500gms
Cooked rice - 500gms
Salt to taste
Green chillies -4
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
Method:
Green leafy vegetables (Spinach, Amaranth, fengreek leaves, sorrel leaves, coriander, mint etc.,)- 500gms
Cooked rice - 500gms

Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
Method:
- Clean and wash all leafy vegetables, chop and boil them in water
- Cool and grind with chillies to make paste,
- Heat the oil in big vessel, add cumin seeds and fry to little brown.
- Add green paste, garlic paste and all spices, mix well
- Cook until it becomes thick, add cooked rice and mix well.
- Cook in low flame for 10 minutes and remove from fire.
- Serve hot directly.
