Ingredients:
Green Peas - 500 gms
Potatoes - 500 gms
Fresh coconut - Half (grated)
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Method:
Green Peas - 500 gms
Potatoes - 500 gms

Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Peel and cut potatoes into medium size pieces.
- Grind coconut and poppy seeds into fine paste by adding little water.
- Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds and fry for 1 minute.
- Add potato pieces, green peas, cook them in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste, spices and mix well.
- Add coconut paste and sufficient water, cook till potatoes are soft and gravy becomes little thick.
- Lastly add coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice,roti
