Oats Healthy Drink

Oats - 250 gms
Ghee - 2 tsp
Sugar - as per taste
Milk - 500 ml or sufficient


  • Heat ghee in pan, add oats and fry for a while. 
  • Add 500 ml of water. Stir well and cook. Add sugar.
  • Let it mix well and dissolve completely.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Add milk and serve.
  • This is healthy drink for all ages.
