Ingredients:
Vermicelli - 250 gms
Bread - 2- 3 slices
Potatoes - 2- 3
Roasted Peanuts - 1 tbsp (crushed)
Green Chillies - 5-6
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Coriander leaves - small Bunch
Method:
Vermicelli - 250 gms

Method:
- Boil the water in a pan, add salt and vermicelli and cook till tender. Drain the water completely.
- Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
- Soak bread slices in water, drain the water and mash.
- Finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Now mix all the ingredients to make dough.
- Make balls from dough and press them like vadas with palms.
- Heat the oil and fry till golden brown colour.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
