Baby Potato Fry

Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes - 250 gms
Green Chillies  - 12
Dry Coconut - 1/4th Cup (grated)
Garlic pod - 1
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Boil and peel potatoes.Prick the potatoes with fork.
  • Grind green chillies, coconut, garlic, salt and turmeric to make paste.
  • Heat oil in kadai, add mustard and fry till crackles.
  • Add potatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add spice paste, mix well and fry till masala coats to potatoes.
  • Serve.
