Banana Sweet Bajji

Ingredients:
Bananas - 2 (ripe)
Besan - 3 tbsp
Baking soda-  a pinch
Jaggery - 1/4 cup (grated)
Milk - 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee for frying

Method:

  • Peel and mash bananas.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients to make thick batter.
  • Heat ghee in a kadai, drop spoonfuls of batter and fry till golden colour.
  • Serve hot.
