Ingredients:
Bananas - 2 (ripe)
Besan - 3 tbsp
Baking soda- a pinch
Jaggery - 1/4 cup (grated)
Milk - 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee for frying
Method:
Bananas - 2 (ripe)

Method:
- Peel and mash bananas.
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients to make thick batter.
- Heat ghee in a kadai, drop spoonfuls of batter and fry till golden colour.
- Serve hot.
