Ingredients:
Long Green Chillies - 12
Oil - 2 tbsp
For Masala:
Roasted Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Poppy Seeds - 1 tbsp
Tamarind - 2-3 strips
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Method:
Long Green Chillies - 12

Method:
- Grind all the masala ingredients to make paste.
- Slit the green chillies, remove seeds and fill the masala inside.
- Heat the oil in pan, arrange green chillies and remaining paste if any. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water and close the lid. Cook in low flame till chillies cooked.
- Serve with rice.
