Ingredients:
Raw Mangoes - 2
Channa dal - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 10 -12
Onion - 1
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - small bunch (chopped)
Salt to taste
Rice Flour - 2 tsp
Semolina for dusting

Method:
Raw Mangoes - 2

Method:
- Soak and cook channa dal till tender and soft. Drain the water completely.
- Peel and cut Mangoes into small pieces.
- Finely chop onions, green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- In a mixing bowl, mix mashed channa dal, mango pieces, salt and chopped vegetables.
- Make them like cutlets. First roll in rice flour then semolina.
- Heat the pan, grease with ghee then cook cutlets both sides till golden brown by applying ghee.
- Serve.
