Mango Trifle

Mangoes - 2 (ripe)
Sponge Cake - 1
Strawberry Jelly Crystals - 1 Packet
Whipped Cream - 1 cup (sweetened)


  • Prepare strawberry jelly as per the instructions of the packet.
  • Peel and thinly slice the mangoes.
  • To assemble the trifle, place half of the cake in the bottom layer, put half jelly on cake then top up with half of cream then arrange mango slices.
  • Do it same steps on mango slices for second layer.
  • Keep in the fridge for one hour then serve.
