Ingredients:
Mangoes - 2 (ripe)
Sponge Cake - 1
Strawberry Jelly Crystals - 1 Packet
Whipped Cream - 1 cup (sweetened)
Method:
Mangoes - 2 (ripe)

Whipped Cream - 1 cup (sweetened)
Method:
- Prepare strawberry jelly as per the instructions of the packet.
- Peel and thinly slice the mangoes.
- To assemble the trifle, place half of the cake in the bottom layer, put half jelly on cake then top up with half of cream then arrange mango slices.
- Do it same steps on mango slices for second layer.
- Keep in the fridge for one hour then serve.
