Paneer Stuffed Kulcha

Maida - 1 cup
Curd - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda -  a pinch
Butter - 1 tsp
Mixed dry fruits - 1/2 cup (ground)
Paneer - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Salt - 1/4 tsp


  • In a mixing bowl, add maida, salt, baking powder, salt, curd and milk. Knead it to make soft dough.
  • Cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 2- 3 hours for fermentation. 
  • Knead the dough once again and make equal portions.
  • Mix dry fruit powder, grated paneer and coriander leaves for filling.
  • Make balls with portions and make centers and fill with fillings. Cover and roll out flat.
  • Bake in an oven or tandoor.
  • Spread butter on it and serve hot with dal or curd.
