Ingredients:
Egg whites - 2
Granulated sugar - 100 gm
Sorbitol - 45 ml
Cornflakes - 450 gm
Mini Chocolate chips - 75 gm
Grated coconut - 100 gm
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Egg whites - 2

Method:
- Beat egg whites until they are stiff enough to hold their shape but not until they lose their shiny appearance.
- Carefully fold in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 175 C for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
- Remove immediately with a spatula.
