Anar Ka Rus (Pomegranate Juice)

Pomegranate - 1 kg
Cream - 60 gm
Black salt to taste
Honey - 20 gm
Ice cubes - crushed


  • Shell the pomegranates and takeout the seeds.
  • Blends the seeds till smooth then sieve.  Add black salt.
  • Whip the cream with honey.
  • Pour the juice in tall glass with crushed ice.
  • Top up with whipped cream.
  • Serve.
