Ingredients:
Fresh grated coconut - 250 gm
Jaggery - 250 gm
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp (fried)
Method:
Fresh grated coconut - 250 gm
Jaggery - 250 gm
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp (fried)
Method:
- Melt jaggery in thick bottom vessel.
- When jaggery completely dissolved add grated coconut and cook in low flame.
- Stir continuously till thick.
- Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder and cashew nuts.
- Make laddu's when the mixture is still warm..
- Store in airtight container.
