CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients:
Cooked Chicken - 1 cup (shredded)
Mushrooms - 150 gms  (finely chopped)
Flour - 1 tbsp
Chicken stock - 4 cups
Onion - 1(finely chopped)
MSG - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Heat butter in a heavy pan, add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add flour and blend well. Add chicken stock gradually, stirring briskly.
  • Add chicken and onion allow soup to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Season and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately in soup bowls.
