Ingredients:
Dark chocolate - 120 gms
Rice flakes - 120 gms
Flour - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Icing sugar - 1 tbsp
Method:
Dark chocolate - 120 gms
Rice flakes - 120 gms
Flour - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Icing sugar - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Sieve he flour. Cream butter and sugar.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Mix them all and enough rice flakes to make a lumpy dough.
- Arrange spoonfuls on a greased tray.
- Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
- Cool them till they are crisp and crunchy.
- Rice flakes could be substituted with cornflakes.
