RICE CRISPIES

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate - 120 gms
Rice flakes - 120 gms
Flour - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Icing sugar - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Sieve he flour. Cream butter and sugar.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Mix them all and enough rice flakes to make a lumpy dough.
  • Arrange spoonfuls on a greased tray.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
  • Cool them till they are crisp and crunchy.
  • Rice flakes could be substituted with cornflakes.
