Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cups
Carrots - 100 gms
Sugar - 2 tsp
Method:
Milk - 2 cups

Method:
- Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
- Put the milk in vessel and bring it to boil. When it starts boiling add grated carrot and cook till tender.
- Mash and strain the milk.
- Add sugar to milk and serve.
