PORK AND NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients:
Cooked noodles - 1 cup
Pork - 250 gms (cut into small cubes)
Onion - 1 large
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
MSG - 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Cook together pork and onion with 11/2 liters of water on low heat till pork is very soft.
  • Add all the seasoning and noodle  and simmer for another 10 -15 minutes.
  • Serve steaming hot.
