Ingredients:
Sifted all purpose flour - 110 gms
Softened butter - 125 ml
Granulated Sugar - 160 gms
Unsweetened Chocolate - 60 gms
Honey - 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2 (beaten)
Silvered almonds - 1 cups
Egg white - 1 (beaten stuff)
Pinch of salt
Method:
Sifted all purpose flour - 110 gms

Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter 8" square cake pan.
- Melt the chocolate in microwave or double boiler method.
- Place butter, sugar and honey in large bowl.
- Add melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in flour and salt and mix until completely incorporated.
- Stir in almonds and incorporate stiff egg white.
- Pour batter into prepared cake and bake 25 -30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool brownies in pan 10-15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
- Serve with cold milk, if desired.
