Ingredients:
Mangoes - 2
Red chillies - 4
Green chillies - 4 - 6
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 50 gms
Method:
Mangoes - 2

Method:
- Peel and grate mangoes.
- Grind salt and green chillies to make paste
- Heat oil in kadai, add red chillies,urad, channa dal, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add chilli paste and saute for few seconds.
- Then add grated mango and turmeric and fry till soft and dry.
- Serve.
