Ingredients:
Flattened rice - 450 gms
Mustard - 1 ts
Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
Cashew nuts - 10
Pepper - 1 tsp (crushed)
Cumin seed - 1 tsp ( Crushed)
Curry leaves - few
Salt to taste
Oil - 4 tsp
Ghee - 4 tsp
Method:
Flattened rice - 450 gms

Cumin seed - 1 tsp ( Crushed)

Method:
- Wash and soak flattened rice in salted water
- Heat oil and ghee, add cashew nuts, pepper, cumin and mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry till mustard splutters.
- Add drained flattened rice and mix gently.
- Fry till the water is absorbed.
- Serve hot.
