Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Khoya - 50 gms
Desiccated coconut powder - 1/2 cup
Almonds - few
Cashew nuts - few
Sugar powder - 1 1/2 cup
Method:
Rice - 2 cups
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Khoya - 50 gms
Desiccated coconut powder - 1/2 cup
Almonds - few
Cashew nuts - few
Sugar powder - 1 1/2 cup
Method:
- Roast the rice and grind it into flour in mixie.
- Heat ghee in kadai, Add rice flour, fry it on very low flame.
- Add sugar, khoya, milk and cardamom powder, cook it for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove and let it warm. Make laddu's and roll them in coconut powder and decorate them with almonds and cashew nuts.
