SEMOLINA KANJI

Ingredients:
Semolina - 75 gms
Sugar to taste
Milk - 500 ml
Cardamom powder -  a pinch
Ghee - 2 tsp

Method:

  • Fry semolina in 2 tsp of ghee, to a reddish brown colour. 
  • Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil, stirring all the while.
  • When it is cooked well and soft, add sugar and milk to taste.
  • Add cardamom powder and serve.
