Ingredients:
Semolina - 75 gms
Sugar to taste
Milk - 500 ml
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Ghee - 2 tsp
Method:
Semolina - 75 gms

Ghee - 2 tsp
Method:
- Fry semolina in 2 tsp of ghee, to a reddish brown colour.
- Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil, stirring all the while.
- When it is cooked well and soft, add sugar and milk to taste.
- Add cardamom powder and serve.
