FIZZ CREAM

Ingredients:
Gin - 40 ml
Lemon juice - 25 ml
Vanilla extract -1/2 tsp
Light cream - 40 ml
Sugar - 3 tsp

Method:

• Place all the ingredients in a blender and add crushed ice.
• Blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass garnished with an orange slice.
