AVA PERUGU PACHADI (MUSTARD CURD CHUTNEY)

Ingredients:
Curd - 250 ml
Mustard seeds - 10-15 gms
Green chillies - 4-5
Salt to taste
Turmeric -  a pinch
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Red chilli - 1
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/8 tsp

Method:

  • Grind mustard, green chillies and salt to make paste.
  • Mix the paste in curd.
  • Heat oil, add cumin seeds, red chilli and turmeric; fry them.
  • Pour this over curd mixture.
  • Lastly add coriander leaves and mix well.
