CHICKEN, PEAS AND CHEESE SALAD

Ingredients:
Cooked chicken - 2 cups (diced into 1/2 " pieces)
American cheese - 1 cup (diced into 1/4" pieces)
Frozen baby peas - 250 gms (thawed to room temperature)
Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Lettuce leaves

Method:

  • Mix together all ingredients but the lettuce.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves.
