Ingredients:
Fresh broccoli spears - 1/2 kg
Butter - 50 gms
Fresh white bread crumbs - 50 gms
Potatoes - 2-3 (hard boiled)
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt and black pepper to taste
Parsley -2 tbsp (chopped)
Method:
Fresh broccoli spears - 1/2 kg

Method:
- Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Cover and drain well.
- Fry the bread crumbs in 1 tbsp of butter until they are crisp and golden.
- Now arrange broccoli spears in a heated serving dish and add the remaining melted butter. Set aside and keep hot.
- Peel potatoes and make chips from one potato and mash others. Sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
- Now sprinkle bread crumbs on broccoli spears. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Arrange a circle of potato chips around the edge of the dish and the mashed potatoes in the centre.
- Bake and serve.
- Garnish with parsley.
