Ingredients:
Granulated sugar - 150 gms
Scant water - 1 1/8 cup
Orange - 1 (thinly pared rind)
Fresh orange juice - 1 1/4 cups
Large lemon - 1
Method:
Granulated sugar - 150 gms
Scant water - 1 1/8 cup

Method:
- Heat sugar in water until dissolved; add orange rind and boil for 3 minutes.
- Leave to cool. When quite cold add orange and lemon juice, strain, and freeze.
- Stir once or twice; when solidly frozen turn refrigerator control back from coldest setting to normal setting and leave ice to ripen.
- One hour before serving ; put it in middle of refrigerator to allow to soften a little.
- Serve in individual glassed.
