BANANA COLADA

Ingredients:
Dark rum - 40 ml
Banana - 1/2 (sliced)
Cream of coconut - 14 ml
Pineapple juice - 100 ml
Whipped cream - 25 ml

Method:

  • Put the rum, banana, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender.
  • Add crushed ice and blend well.
  • Pour into a tall glass ad top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with a banana slice.
