Method:
- In a large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
- Gradually beat in sugar; continue beating until very stiff and glossy.
- Fold in cereal.
- Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Bake 14-16 minutes at 325 F.
