SWEET CEREAL PUFFS

Ingredients:
Egg whites - 3
Fortified whole wheat flakes cereal - 4 cups
Sugar - 2/3 cup

Method:

  • In a large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.
  • Gradually beat in sugar; continue beating until very stiff and glossy.
  • Fold in cereal.
  • Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2" apart on lightly oiled baking sheet.
  • Bake 14-16 minutes at 325 F.
