Ingredients:
Horse radish - 2 large
Spring onions - 2 (thinly sliced)`
Small apple - 1 (sliced)
Juice of one small lemon
For Dressing:
Oil and vinegar - 4 tbsp
Light soysauce - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
Sesame paste - 1 tbsp
Fresh red chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
Salt - 1 tsp
Method:

Method:
- Peel and grate radish and squeeze out the juice and place in a bow covered with cold water and juice of half lemon.
- Sprinkle remaining lemon juice over sliced apple to prevent discolouring.
- Mix all ingredients for dressing together in a bowl.
- Drain radish, squeeze out all water and add to the dressing mixture.
- Add apple and spring onions, toss and chill well, before serving.
