Ingredients:
Cabbage - 500 gms
Cheese sauce - 250 ml
Cheese - 50 gms (grated)
Method:
Cabbage - 500 gms
Cheese sauce - 250 ml
Cheese - 50 gms (grated)
Method:
- Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water till just tender. Drain and keep vegetable water for cheese sauce, if liked.
- Make cheese sauce, stir in cooked cabbage and place in a greased, ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and brown under the grill.
