VEGETABLE AND CHEESE PIE

Ingredients:
Mixed cooked vegetables- 500 gms
Cheese sauce - 284 ml
Creamed potatoes - 500 gms
Butter
Grated cheese - little
Parsley - chopped to garnish

Method:

  • Mix well drained vegetables with the sauce.
  • Put into a pie dish, cover with creamed potatoes. 
  • Put small pieces of butter on top, plus a little grated cheese.
  • Cook for approximately 25 minutes in moderately hot oven, 400 F.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
