Ingredients:
Milk - 200 ml
Coffee - 3 tbsp
Brown sugar- as per taste
Cinnamon powder - a pinch (fresh)
Cream - little
Method:
Milk - 200 ml

Method:
- Boil the milk and reduce.
- Keep 1/4th quantity of the milk separate.
- Add coffee and brown sugar to the remaining milk.
- Whisk the 1/4th part of the milk till it gets froth on top.
- Take a coffee mug, pour the milk and coffee mix, sprinkle freshly powdered cinnamon, top with whisked frothy milk and garnish with a dollop of cream.
- Serve hot.
