Milk - 200 ml
Coffee - 3 tbsp
Brown sugar- as per taste
Cinnamon powder -   a pinch (fresh)
Cream - little


  • Boil the milk and reduce.
  • Keep 1/4th quantity of the milk separate.
  • Add coffee and brown sugar to the remaining milk. 
  • Whisk the 1/4th part of the milk till it gets froth on top.
  • Take a coffee mug, pour the milk and coffee mix, sprinkle freshly powdered cinnamon, top with whisked frothy milk and garnish with a dollop of cream.
  • Serve hot.
