Method:
- Wash and dry the peppers.
- Cut each pepper lengthwise into 8 pieces, discarding the seeds.
- Dip the pepper strips in flour then in the egg and finally in the cornstarch.
- Heat the oil and fry the peppers until they are delicately browned.
- Drain and serve hot.
