FRIED GREEN PEPPERS

Ingredients:
Green pepper - 3
Flour
Egg - 1 (beaten)
Cornstarch
Oil for deep frying

Method:

  • Wash and dry the peppers.
  • Cut each pepper lengthwise into 8 pieces, discarding the seeds.
  • Dip the pepper strips in flour then in the egg and finally in the cornstarch.
  • Heat the oil  and fry the peppers until they are delicately browned.
  • Drain and serve hot.
