Ingredients:
Bananas - 2 (peeled)
Cold milk - 375 ml
Cold light cream - 250 ml
Maple syrup - 2 tbsp
Dark rum - 50 ml
Few drops of lemon juice
Orange slices for decoration.
Method:
Bananas - 2 (peeled)

Method:
- Place bananas in blender and puree.
- Add milk, cream, maple syrup, rum and lime juice; continue blending until well mixed and frothy.
- Pour into tall stemmed glasses and decorate with orange slices.
