Ingredients:
Red chilli powder - 100 gms
Garlic cloves - 10-12 (large)
Sultanas - 250 gms
White vinegar - 3 1/2 cup
Fresh ginger - 2-3 tsp (grated)
Salt - 3 tsp
Method:

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boi.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the sultanas are very soft.
- Cool the mixture and liquidise it.
- Store in a clean sterilised bottle.
